The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.
Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

1. Pick up your package from the courier’s office in the incorrect area. This is usually not far from your home and comes at no extra cost to you.

2. Request a re-delivery to the correct address. This will incur an additional fee, usually similar to standard mainland shipping rates.

That’s why it’s VERY IMPORTANT to enter your full and correct shipping information: street name, number, floor, urbanization, town, and—most importantly—the correct postal code.
