AtĀ Jevaline.com, we want you to love your purchase. If the size, color, or style isn’t perfect, we make exchanges easy and transparent – fully in line with EU consumer laws.

You may request an exchange if:

  • You contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Swimwear or bodysuits with removed/tampered hygiene stickers

  • Items marked Final Sale

  2. Include your order number and details of the product you’d like in exchange.

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

  • If due to our error (faulty/damaged/incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs.

  • For size, color, or preference changes, the customer covers return shipping.

  • Exchanges processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit.
