📜 Your Right to Return

Under EU law, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it – no explanation required.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, fake tan, or other marks/scents.

  • Swimwear/bodysuits must be tried on over underwear with hygiene sticker intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Swimwear or bodysuits with removed/tampered hygiene stickers

  • Items marked Final Sale

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the product is faulty/incorrect.

  • Use a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost parcels.

  • Returns without prior authorisation may be refused.

🛑 Rejected Returns

  • If your return doesn’t meet our conditions, we can send it back at your expense.

  • No response within 7 business days = item donated.
