At Jevaline.com, your checkout is fast, secure, and encrypted. Below you’ll find the payment methods we accept, how we keep your data safe, and what to do if a payment fails.


Accepted Payment Methods

  • Major cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Shopify’s accelerated checkout: Shop Pay (availability may vary by region)

You’ll see the available payment options at checkout based on your location and device.

Secure Checkout

  • SSL/TLS encryption: The entire checkout is protected by modern HTTPS encryption.
  • PCI DSS Level 1: Payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1–certified providers (via Shopify Payments/partners). We do not store or see your full card details.
  • PSD2 / Strong Customer Authentication: Where required by your bank, you may be asked to verify your payment (e.g., 3D Secure/Two-factor).
  • Tokenization: If you opt into accelerated checkouts (e.g., Shop Pay), your details are securely tokenized and managed by the provider, not by Jevaline.

Authorization & Charges

  • Your card or wallet may show a temporary authorization when you place the order.
  • The final charge is captured when your order is confirmed for processing. Any authorization holds that are not captured will be released by your bank.

Taxes, Currency & Fees

  • Applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If you pay in a currency different from your card’s currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and/or fees.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment doesn’t go through, try the following:

  • Check that your billing address, card number, expiry date, and CVC are correct.
  • Enable e-commerce/international payments with your bank or try a different card/wallet.
  • Disable VPN/Ad blockers temporarily and retry.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@jevaline.com. We’ll investigate and resolve quickly (replacement, reshipment, or refund according to our policies). If a chargeback is already in progress, we’ll provide supporting documentation to your bank.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Payment data is handled by our certified payment processors; Jevaline does not store full card numbers.

  • Phishing notice: We will never ask you for your full card details via email or WhatsApp.
